CWP's New System Horizontal Vibrating Screens are manufactured with their new vibrating mechanism which is ensulated from the outdoor factors. They are used in various mining sectors for screening, rinsing and dewatering of the mines and minerals such as coal, gold, iron, zinc, lead, chromium, sand and etc. with high efficiency.

  Vibrating Mechanism:
  • Vibrating mechanism and shafts are located in a closed case made of durable plate.
  • Bearings have 50.000 working life.
  • Lubrication is liquid oil dip.
  • Vibration mechanism is V-belt driven through the electric motor.

 

  Body:
  • It has bolt connection design for the easy replacement of the worn parts.
  • They can be manufactured with special body designs and screen wires to meet special requirements.
  • Screen body is mounted on coil springs.
  • They can be manufactured as multi-deck according to the requested application.

 

  Advantages:
  • New vibration mechanism enables faster and easier maintenance and repair.
  • More balanced vibration prevents cracks and ruptures on the screen.
